A MoveWell physiotherapist returns to your home to review your progress, treat and move your exercises on as you improve.

Follow-up visits keep your recovery on track: we check what has changed since last time, treat, and update your home program so it keeps pace with you. Travel is included within MoveWell's core service area across Greater and Western Sydney. Extra travel fees may apply outside it. Reports and clinical documentation are billed separately at $160 per hour, pro rata.

  1. Listen & Assess, we take a full history of your injury, lifestyle and goals, then run hands-on movement, strength and orthopaedic tests.
  2. Treat On The Spot, most patients receive treatment in the same session: manual therapy, dry needling, taping or targeted exercise.
  3. Plan Your Recovery, you leave with a clear written plan: what to do at home, how many sessions to expect and the milestones we're tracking.

Yes. Follow-up visits continue the plan set at your initial home assessment.

Can I book a longer follow-up?

Yes. An extended 60-minute follow-up is available when you need more time.
