Balance Re-training Physio in Gregory Hills

If you've sprained an ankle in Gregory Hills and it 'just feels different' since, balance and proprioception work is often the missing piece of rehab.

For post-ankle-sprain athletes, we work on single-leg control, hopping, cutting, and reactive movements — the things that test the joint.

Co-located with World Gym Gregory Hills — strength rehab right next door to the gym floor. Locals know us as a quick trip from World Gym Gregory Hills and Gregory Hills Town Centre. We also see clients from nearby Smeaton Grange, Harrington Park, Gledswood Hills.

Frequently asked questions

How often should I train balance?

Most programs run 3–4 short sessions per week, plus 1 supervised session.

Will it help my dizziness?

If the dizziness is vestibular, balance work alone might not fix it. We'll assess and refer appropriately.

Am I too old for balance training?

No. Balance training works at any age. We have {SUBURB} clients in their 80s making clear progress.
